A clinician-led provider of postgraduate medical education.

Professional Medical Education was co-founded in 2006 by Tom Cosker and Sherief Elsayed with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of postgraduate medical education by combining rigorous academic content with the discipline of clinical practice.

We began with revision courses for medical school finals and have grown, over two decades, into one of the most recognised names in orthopaedic education. Our flagship Miller FRCS course remains the benchmark for exam preparation in the United Kingdom and internationally, and our diploma series, delivered in partnership with The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, is rapidly becoming the structured learning pathway of choice for subspecialty trainees.

Our faculty are active clinicians. Our content is written by the doctors who do the work. Our programmes are designed around how doctors actually learn.
