PME have taught over ten-thousand medical students over the years, and with this in mind we have listed the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

What do I need to bring to the course?

Q. What do I need to bring to the course?

A. We recommend a pen / pencil and a notepad to make additional notes should you need to. You will also need to bring a packed lunch although liquid refreshments will be provided.

Q. How are the courses structured?

Q. How do I cancel my booking?

A. Email info@professionalmedical.co.uk at least 30 days before the course date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course date are not eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. We look at each case on an individual basis, and may require written proof of such circumstances.

Q. How do I change my booking?

A. Unfortunately due to the number of students we accommodate each year (our courses are very popular), we are unable to accommodate booking changes.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lunch?

A. You will need to bring a packed lunch although liquid refreshments will be provided.

Q. Is parking provided at the venues?

A. All venues are located in city centre locations where parking can be expensive. They are all accessible by public transport however - please refer to the specific venue for further information.

Q. I'm unable to attend one of your courses, can I purchase the course notes?

A.  Unfortunately not - the course notes are designed for the purpose of the courses and are not available to purchase separately. 

Q. I need to arrange travel - what time do the courses start/finish?

A. All courses begin at 09:00 (you'll need to arrive between 08:30 and 08:55 for registration) and finish around 17:00. The lunch break is usually at 13:00.

Q.  I don't live near the course location I'm attending - do you have details of some hotels close by?

A.  Unfortunately we are unable to recommend hotels to delegates but you may wish to try some of the hotel booking services available online.
